Award Show Alignment Oversee asset creation, advertising spends & placements and communication for Award Shows. Pitch Deck Oversight Responsible for the flow of Artist/Project Pitch Decks and department copy/content delivery timelines. Physical Product Management Oversee the configuration details and departmental follow-through for physical releases. Artist Image Alignment Oversee the process of image selects across Press, Partnerships and Packaging. Promo Item Oversight Ideate and oversee product content, budgeting, execution and distribution. |
Audience Dev
Audience Definition & Research Research and define target audience — demos, engagement rate, listening behavior and psychographics. In partnership with Strategic Analytics. New Signing Audience Profiles Baseline audience profile for newly signed artists entering the campaign cycle. Performance & Reporting Campaign reporting, KPIs, audience metrics. Present performance to leadership. Audience Growth Builds the strategy for audience growth and engagement in line with Creative's output and the overall campaign strategy. Paid Media Campaign Execution Online advertising campaigns across social channels, search and programmatic, leveraging internal data tools (FanSifter, etc.) to optimize performance. Shortform Strategy & Execution Taking artist shortform execution to the extent they will allow. Includes ideation, 3rd party booking and maintenance, first-person shoots and coaching. Influencer Marketing Responsible for all aspects of influencer campaigns from ideation through execution. Seeding Responsible for all paid narrative and discovery campaigns across social platforms. UGC & Clipping Ideation and execution of all UGC & clipping campaigns. Collaborates with CL, Creative and Publicity to identify key moments. Engagement Campaigns Building web-based campaigns (library scans, contests, etc.) to collect fan data and engage core audiences. RCA Web & Social Property Management Responsible for the flow and content across RCA's websites, newsletter and social properties. IRL Event Collaboration Collaborate with Creative to ensure the fan component of IRL events is prioritized to deliver reach and impact online during and/or following the event. DSP & Partner Tools Manage DSP marketing tools and partner marketing features. |
Campaign Ops
Release Readiness Monitor whether all departments, assets, and runway fields are on track for upcoming releases. Cross-Department Visibility Ensure every team has the context they need — artist status, budget gaps, dependencies, and blockers. Action Items & Approvals Follow up on action items to completion. Monitor pending management approvals. Meeting Operations Prep, capture, and distribute decisions and action items from all meetings. Dashboards & System of Record Build and maintain operational dashboards and the data infrastructure. Release Scheduling Check landscape and prerequisites, submit scheduling requests for executive review. Communicate approvals and denials back to Campaign Leads. |
Support
Asset Routing Submit creative tickets at the direction of Campaign Lead and Community Manager. Drive follow-through, prioritization, QA and approvals/routing. Pre-Save Setup Create and manage pre-saves at the Campaign Lead's direction. Includes SMF, third-party platforms (CoBrand, Laylo, etc.), and delivery of signup code for custom development. Content Claims Submit content claims across social platforms at the direction of the Campaign Lead and Community Manager. Allow-Listing Execute allow-listing requests for content teasing and social sharing for artist, fan, brands/licensees and friends/family accounts. Takedowns Submit takedown requests across social platforms. Source links as needed. Profile Verification Submit artist profile verification requests across socials. Artist Newsletter Builds Build, QA and send artist newsletters via FanSifter at the direction of the Community Manager. Shortlink Generation Manage all shortlink generation, pixel integration & QA across the roster. Website Support Submit creative requests, manage WebOps process and oversee pixel management. Drive follow-through, prioritization, QA and approvals/routing. Vendors & Invoices Oversee vendor and invoicing process inclusive of vendor setup, maintenance and invoice trafficking/processing across Campaign Strategy & Audience Development. Police the process with Campaign Operations. Gratis Orders Submit gratis orders at the direction of the Campaign Lead. Team/Project Meeting Setup Schedule and maintain multi-department meetings centered around artists/projects. Does not extend to huddles, regroups, etc. |
