Budget & JD Alignment
The CL job description has several mismatches with what was decided in the April 3 meeting. Not blocking lane definition, but needs resolution before JDs are final.
Aud Dev Integration — JD overstates CL authority. Meeting established Aud Dev operates independently.
OOH Media — in the JD, never discussed, not on the board.
Budget language — JD says Alignment and Distribution. Meeting decided Oversight & Strategy.
Digital as a department — JD still lists it separately. Restructuring absorbed it into Audience Dev.
Per-department spend accountability — deferred, no owner assigned.
Audience Data & Strategic Analytics
KPIs should come from Strategic Analytics. Audience Dev implements them. The data flow between the two isn't working — no systematic routing exists. Needs a defined handoff: who sends what, in what format, on what cadence.
Physical Packaging & D2C Production
No defined handoff from Creative to Commerce/D2C for physical packaging. Someone is filling the gap but it's not in anyone's lane. Needs visibility into who owns the cost-out process, the production timeline, and the handoff from creative direction to manufacturing.
