Every row is one department's work on one release during one lifecycle phase. One place for all updates — no chasing, no Slack threads, no asking around.

How to navigate
Use the phase pills above the grid to filter by stage (Setup → Catalog). Click any row to expand it and see the full detail: what's done, what's still needed, what's blocking.

What to look for
The Completion % column and Blockers column are where the story is. Red pills = something is stuck. The expanded view shows exactly what and why.
